Howya lads I am at the very start of deciding whether to try and get a bike or not I was wondering if I can fire a few Questions at you?

I am 25 years old and have absolutely no experience with motorbikes or riding them but I was thinking of going for the full A simply due to the fact I can with my age and ive always wanted to be able to ride one.

My questions are after I do the Theory test and do the IBT training for a 600cc bike will I have sufficient knowledge to buy myself a 600cc bike. If not should I go for a lower CC bike a lot of people on numerous websites say 250cc is the best starter bike.

I have heard all types of quotes on how much money it will cost to get set with buying a bike, insurance Training, Gear, Clothing, and others. I was have a ruff estimate of 3000 buying a used bike. Please let me know if I am way off the mark.

It will be towards the end of this year I hope to get a bike but I figure the more I know the better I am on make a final decision.
