Advice on Euro Trip

Advice on Euro Trip

How do lads,
I’m hoping to do a trip down to Salerno, Italy in July to visit some friends(On the Busa). Stopping off in Portsmouth to visit family on the way. Rough itinerary so far is:

5 Days => Cork-Rosslare-Pembroke-Portsmouth-Folkstone-Calais-Nancy-Grimsel Pass-Airolo-Florence-Salerno
5 Days => R&R in Salerno with some spins around.
5 Days => Salerno-Pisa-Geneva-Saint Quentin-Calais-Folkstone-Portsmouth-Pembroke-Rosslare-Cork.

So, I reckon 300-400 miles a day should get me there in 5 days and same coming back. I have the pegs lowered on the Busa so comfort isn’t too bad. But I’m wondering is 400 miles too much to be aiming for(i.e. tiredness). I’ll be on my own so I wont be in any rush and can break up the days with as many stops as I want. Most of France will be motorway miles until I get to the Alps and I’ll go over the pass so I’ll reduce the miles on that day.

Is this do-able? Any advice would be appreciated lads. I’m in the process of looking into hotels and breakdown cover/insurance etc….
I just reckon if I don’t do it now I’ll never do it. Time to start living and all that.
