Help…

Anyone got any expertise in these? Mine was dead, batteries in the unit gone, I replaced them at the weekend and now the damn thing is acting the maggot, activating as I’m riding, not responding to the remote, except the remote will cancel the noise when it goes off, but it goes off again seconds later…

I’m thinking of taking it all apart again and taking out the batteries and be done with it, but maybe there’s an easy answer?
