Carole Nash….. Customer care gone downhill the last few years?

Wondering if anybody else has noticed that customer care at carole nash has decreased massively? several phone calls recently, no call backs, changes to policy forgotten, taking out payments twice……. the list goes on….. they used to be the better insurance company and i always thought i was paying that little bit more to carole nash for the good customer care but it seems like the thinning market has caused them to lose sight of how a customer should be treated….

is this what we can expect as consumers from now on?

i’ve been trying to get a refund for a payment that was taken twice for a week now and the answer was “the customer care team must have forgot” and then to be told “we can cancel the policy if you would like” which to me seems like “our way or the high way”
