Was reading this on another forum :lamo: about the law regards filtering and the gist of it is the law is based on case law so it builds up and changes as cases come before judges. The thread here refers to British law and details the cases and the rulings , any legal eagles on here that know what are the current relevant cases in irish law regards filtering?Or anyone had an accident filtering and went to court to get it settled?
