I’ve an Ignition switch of a 86 Suzuki FZ50 that has been damaged.

Ideally I would replace it but the 85/86 model has a 8 wire switch (CDI) while all previous models use points and have a 7 wire switch. The 85/86 model was extreemly rare and as a result the switch is almost impossible to find.

i have attached some images below and was wondering if the key part of the switch could be repaired or if anyone has any alternative suggestions i would be very greatful.
