Are there any shops that offer a bearing pulling service?

Need to extract the swing arm bearings from my SV and the blind puller I bought is a pile of crap.

Rather than me hammering the thing and doing damage, has anyone had a shop/engineering firm do it for them?

Would be nice if they could press the new ones back in also.
