having a minor issue with my ’04 Honda CBF, maybe someone on here can help?

Everytime I turn off the ignition on my bike the digital clock resets itself to zero. It’s a minor problem but getting a bit annoying to be honest, especially if Im only doing a short runs / on / off the bike alot.

Have checked the obvious things like fuses, battery connections, etc… but to no solution. The bike itself is much like a Hornet, made from alot of the same bits only with a fairing.

Also the problem appeared about 6-7 months ago, went away for a few months, then came back! Providing the ignition is only off for a very short period of time, say 30 seconds, the clock does not reset.

Any help much appreciated, Cheers
