Anyone got any tips for how to remove the header from the engine?

Have the mid section finally removed having danced on the thing to eventually remove it. Now I have the front section to remove but it seems well stuck in the engine.

Job started to replace swingarm bearings and now I’m so pissed off, I’d nearly brake the bike and look at other options.

Any thoughts?
