Centre stand on my 90 viffer 750 cracked at the tab that sticks out to press down with your foot (best way I can describe it). Second hand ones are hard to come by on such an old bike and new ones are crazy money, if you can find one.

Would a weld hold, bearing in mind a lot of force goes trhough that part when you put it up on the stand. Structurally the rest of it is fine with just some dirt and surface rust.

If its a goer can anyone recommend a place to get it welded?
