Vision Nine evidence to be heard in secret

The Economic Policy Review Committee, a Standing Committee of Tynwald, will be taking oral evidence on Wednesday 3rd May 2017 at 2.30pm in the Legislative Council Chamber, Legislative Buildings, Bucks Road, Douglas. 

The Committee is investigating the recent tender process for an independent TT Promoter and its subsequent discontinuation. Evidence will be heard from the following persons at the times stated:

Mr David Cretney MLC, former Department Member for Economic Development

Mr Mark Lewin, Chief Executive, DED

Mr Paul Phillips, TT & Motorsport Development Manager, DED

Mr Chris Corlett, former Chief Executive, DED

Mr David Ronan, former Deputy Chief Executive, DED

The first part of the above witnesses’ evidence will be heard in public and the remainder in private.

The members of the Economic Policy Review Committee appointed by Tynwald are Mr Michael Coleman MLC (Chair), Mr Tim Baker MHK and Mr Jason Moorhouse MHK.

Members of the public are welcome to attend the public parts of the meeting. 

The public evidence will also be able to be heard via the “live and listen again” audio webcast service on the Tynwald website.
